FIBA GDAP Support

In order to get support, we encourage you to sign-up for an account on the FIBA Support Portal at https://support.fiba.basketball.
Please, ensure to use the same email address than for the GDAP Portal.

You will then be able to open ticket request (bug report, question or change request) to support you.
You will also be able to follow-up on your previous tickets.

2) Request or Change

To submit a service request or a change, please use the GDAP Service Catalog and select the GDAP

if you submit a request for additional account, please ensure to copy your FIBA point of contact to ensure we can get a confirmation with no delay.
